I have waited a year and about 5000 miles, in order to leave an accurate review of the repairs completed on my Motorhome. As some reviews have posted, their hourly rate is high, but it’s comparable to the high cost of living that is now prevalent in the Gallatin Valley of Montana… That being said, the quality of their work in the shop was worth five stars, even though the ones I dealt with at the counter were a little difficult to deal with. For some reason, I wasn’t given a written estimate to start with, and when I asked the next day for one, they acted like they had already given it to me, and after being firm that I needed one, they finally printed out the written estimate… I arrived in Belgrade, Montana a little over a year ago leaking a large amount of oil from my diesel pusher. My main crank seals and structure cover were leaking, and needed replaced. The radiator fan proceeded to spray the oil all over the radiator and the turbo charge air cooler. The mechanics washed out and cleaned the radiators and the CAC very well and repaired the problem. I've been coming here for service on my motorhomes for many years. Their hourly rate isn't low but fair. I provided 4 Koni shocks to be installed on my Class A Ford 7.3 V8 along with a full oil change and service. The total cost was about $800. I was allowed to stay in their parking lot the night before and after my appointment. There were no hookups but convenient. If you see reviews most are fives or ones. I think that the 1 stars may reflect more on the customer's expectations rather than the service provided. These are really good people. They will treat you the same as you treat them.

Great shop and great folks! Easy to get to, plenty of room, and they make you feel welcome. Got me in on short notice and back out just as quick, definitely keeping them in mind anytime I need something done while passing through.

Called and got a quote on 2 semi trailer tires. They quoted me the cost of the tires and said FET, tax and installation in addition to the price. They did not tell me the cost of installation and i did not ask, assuming it was comprable to other tire installations. Upon completion they gave me the bill, they charged $262.50 to install the two tires. I questioned it, complained, they said they their labor rate is $175.00 per hour. They claim it took 1.5 hours to change the 2 tires.. Normally tire changes are $35 to $65 per. I will NOT ever stop there again. Make sure you get a complete quote if you stop here for service. I wont ever stop here again. Several other tire centers here in town.

We would like to thank MCM for cutting corners while performing our RV inspection. It clearly states on our invoice that filters were changed, evidence shows only one fuel filter had been changed, and we have 2 fuel filters. Their negligence has cost us a tow bill and a replacement of our cummins lift pump. They need to inspect the technician's work before releasing the RV to the owner!
